Our crew, Noah and Kyle, were both friendly and knowledgeable, creating the perfect island vibe. They took us to the most beautiful spots on a crystal-clear day, and we got to experience the sting rays up close and enjoy some of the best snorkeling we’ve ever done – it was an absolute dream. The whole day felt like a true escape.

They were especially wonderful with our 5-year-old son, even letting him take the wheel of the “pretty girl” for a bit in the open water – a moment we will never forget!

Catamaran Tour with the Kids! We loved our 4 hour private boat tour with Cobalt Custom crew! We had three families (6 kids total) and staff was so patient and helpful. At one point, they even joked that us adults could go snorkel and they would babysit on board! We did the stingray city, a snorkel stop and then we talked with the guys and they came up with a great idea for the remainder of our time- they took us into Camana Bay for a gelato stop and a quick boat break for the kids. It was so fun and a beautiful mangrove entrance into the bay. You will not regret booking their services, for sure a highlight of our trip to Cayman Islands!

Amazing family boat trip of a lifetime with Marcel and Noah We booked a boat tour for our first evening in CI with Cobalt. Family with 3 daughters ages 12, 17 with Down Syndrome, and 19-- and 3 80+year old grandparents. I had several very thorough emails from Graeme before our arrival-- and updates on the conditions as we got closer. He explained the best day to see the Bioluminsence Bay related to the full moon-- so we booked it. We met our captain Marcel and his crew Noah at Camana Bay at 5pm for our four hour trip which included stops at Stingray City, the reef for some snorkeling, Starfish Beach, and Bio Bay. Marcel was so knowledgeable -- taught us so much about the rays and the star fish and the area. It was a joy. They took really good care of us. They told us as we boarded that Bio Bay was not glowing as brightly recently-- and offered to adjust our trip last minute with refund of an appropriate portion of the price, but we decided to see whatever we could. The trip was the highlight of everyone's week. Noah took about 300 photos of our family on the trip which they sent to us the next day-- photos of us feeding the rays, holding the rays, and even kissing the rays. It was educational, fun, and an adventure. We would do it again with Cobalt in a heartbeat. Even our grandmother who was pretty terrified of the open ocean and the boat loved it and felt safe with Marcel and Noah who kept things moving on our trip. We felt in great hands. When we needed another recommendation for diving later, they were quick to respond with multiple excellent suggestions.

Fantastic morning My family of 4 just returned from an outstanding morning with Cobalt Custom Charters. We spent last Friday am with Lars and Marcel who were excellent hosts and crew. Going to stingray city and snorkeling on a private boat is a much better way to interact with the stingrays and they put you on some excellent secluded snorkeling locations. Both provided useful information about the local area, flora, and fauna. Drinks are provided although we brought a few extra snacks ourselves. Lars took many wonderful photos that were sent via email a day or two later. The pickup and transfer from the hotel was seamless. I would definitely recommend this excursion and will try to go again next time in Cayman.

Memories My Children Will Never Forget! We do not typically write reviews but felt we had to as the adventure that Graeme and Travis provided was one of the best experiences we have ever had. We have been on several charters all were good but nothing like C3 (Cobalt Custom Charters) . We felt safe while having fun at Stingray City, Snorkeling, Star Fish Point, and even at night at the Bio Bay which offered an experience we will never forget. Amazing experience We used Cobalt for a bachelorette trip and it was an amazing experience. The guys were very friendly, polite and punctual. The ride was very smooth and safe. It was a lot of fun! Must Do In Cayman! I can't say enough about Cobalt Charters. We were traveling with two families with a total of eight people all teenage daughters. We booked the bio tour one evening and the four hour stingray city tour a couple of days later. Bio tour - one of the coolest things we have ever seen and Marcel was our captain. Great guy who took care of everything. We highly recommend this trip. Stingray city - awesome morning with John and Andrew leading this excursion. Both guys were very personable and knowledgeable, and just like Marcel took care of anything we could think of. You can tell customer service is a priority with this company and it shows with everyone you meet. Starting with Graeme. Go with Cobalt! This was an incredible experience! Graeme and Travis took us on a four hour adventure. A private charter made Stingray City extra special! We were able to have extra one-on-one time with the stingrays while educated by Travis. We went to snorkel at two locations, stopped by Rum Point for a drink and then ended the tour at Starfish Point. The cost of a charter boat is well worth your money for the personalized experience! Everyone is professional, knowledgeable, and accommodating. Graeme made the scheduling easy and, along with our two captains, Marcel & Jaco, we were able to completely tailor the trip to where we wanted to go and what we wanted to see. Our captains were informative about everything on the island and made sure we had everything we needed. We stopped at a couple of beach bars, watched the sunset at Starfish Point, snorkeled in Bio Bay (which was amazing), etc. You can customize your trip however you like. My wife accidentally left her watch on the boat and Graeme was kind enough to personally deliver it back to our hotel the next day. We had a blast all day with Jaco and Marcel on the boat... great guys! I can't say enough good things about the entire crew. Personal, luxury charter perfect for our family We took a Sunday morning private charter to Sting Ray City, starfish point, turtle watching and Caibo for lunch. A truly awesome experience We had an absolutely amazing trip with Cobalt.
A very clean,tidy,stylish and comfortable fast boat out to the Stingrays, en route Marcel and Noah gave us a very informative insight into the island and were both very knowledgable about the stingrays and marine life in these coastal waters, we were so happy to learn all that we did.
To swim and feed these friendly marine creatures was an absolute delight made all the better by Marcel and Noah’s relationship and personal in depth knowledge of these gentle stingrays— it was just the best trip ever.
We then went to Starfish Point where we saw lots of these creatures in the warm shallow waters and learnt much about their lives and habits from our guides they provided a fascinating insight into starfish life.
We finished up in Bio Bay to witness the incredible phenomena of the bioluminescence in these waters again we learnt much that we never previously knew and to witness this incredible display was fantastic.
We will definitely do this trip again before we leave the island.

If you do one excursion in Grand Cayman, do this one!! There’s a reason these guys have so many 5 star reviews. We stopped at Grand Cayman as part of our Disney Cruise. Booked these guys and immediately got a text from Graeme the owner confirming our booking. On the day of the excursion we met Graeme at the Hard Rock Cafe which is a very short walk from the cruise port. From there he drove us to the boat where Andrew and John would take care of us. We had an absolutely blast! Mind you we have a 4 and a 2 year and both loved it! This was easily the best excursion we had on our 7 day cruise. We started at Starfish cove. The water was perfect and nice and shallow for the kids. They loved looking at the starfish and chasing the chickens on the beach. There were on and off thundershowers but John made sure we stayed dry and see some stingrays. Finally, they took some incredible pictures of the kids and sent them to us after the tour. The whole experience was flawless will definitely book again

Stingray City excursion Capt Marcel and Andrew took us on an amazing trip to Stingray City to swim and interact with the giant sting rays. Then we snorkeled an amazing, living coral reef with tons of fish and even an eel. We then made a trip to Starfish Point where we were able to hold lots of starfish and swim with tarpon. These guys are super knowledgeable and made our trip with them one of the best excursions we have ever experienced.

Great Morning on the Water! What a great experience our family had with Marcel and Andrew! They were very knowledgeable and very helpful! We have been to Stingray City several times in the past, but they were, by far, the best we have had! Tattoo was awesome and we all enjoyed interacting with her! Absolutely Awesome Half Day Charter: Stingrays, Starfish, Snorkeling! Our family of six booked a three-hour Cobalt Custom Charter to Stingray City and Starfish Point as well as snorkeling in the reef. It was outstanding! Graeme consistently communicated with us once the booking was made, gave us updates on the weather, and was extremely helpful with transportation. Since we arrived on a cruise ship, we booked Cobalt for the transport to the boat. Travis was waiting for us and extremely friendly, providing insight on Grand Caymen and Georgetown. Upon our arrival to the boat, we met Kyle and Noah. They were the perfect blend of sea captains, historians, naturalists, and cool people with whom to spend a half day. We instantly connected with them and appreciated how they made us feel comfortable among the stingrays and other sea life. They even enjoyed our daughters' mix of music! Perfect Day in the best Caribbean Island - Grand Caymans!! Kyle and Noah were great tour guides, laying out options to avoid the crowds and handle the high winds. Luxurious catamaran in the Caymans My husband and I had a wonderful trip with Cobalt Custom Charters on their very spacious catamaran. The boat was perfect for a relaxing day on the water. The crew was very accommodating and even provided towels and refreshments, squid to feed the stingrays and a whole digital photo album documenting our trip on the boat. The catamaran was so comfortable with two lavatories on board and a lovely netted lounge area at the front of the boat where you can lay over the water. We will absolutely be sailing with Cobalt on our next trip to the Caymans!

Fun evening on the water Marcel & Noah were great tour guides. Our family of 6 had a great time out in the water in the evening. Left Camana Bay at 5pm for Stingray City, then off to an awesome snorkeling site, where we seen many, many colorful tropical fish, a nurse shark, lobster, and a large puffer fish. Headed over to starfish point that had a bunch of star fish. Finished the evening in bioluminescent bay. Highly recommend.

A duo of "up-and-comers" about to take the Caymans by storm My family and I were scheduled for a snorkel tour at stingray city, rum point and starfish point. We all could not have been more impressed with the natural beauty of the locations. Graeme and Travis masterfully navigated us around some tricky storms and they took us to a charming restaurant for lunch. Graeme and Travis answered any question we could possibly ask them and they were extremely professional yet very personable. The highlight of our trip though was when Graeme and Travis helped me conquer my long fear of stingrays and I got to fully enjoy and interact with these animals. Great trip!! We had an amazing tour with John and Kyle! We saw stingray city, starfish point, stoped for a great beach dinner and then visited the bio bay. From the minute they picked us up until they dropped us back off the attention to detail was outstanding. We are a family of 5 with 3 girls ages 9, 14, & 16. They have varying degrees of bravery and Kyle and John helped each of them in exactly the right way. They didn’t even complain about the teenage girl music the girls played on the boat :)

BioBay evening in Grand Cayman Visiting for a family wedding, we were treated to a wonderful trip to BioBay one evening. The whole event was fun - lovely ride in the evening and swimming in bioluminescence water. Marcel was out captain and did a great job with safety, explaining what we were seeing, and just being fun!

Bioluminescent Plankton Tour We had an amazing time out on the water after dinner for the bioluminescent plankton tour. The water was perfect and the bioluminescent plankton snorkeling was an amazing and you need experience. I highly recommend! Johnnie was a great tour guide and taught us a lot. This is a must do activity for families. You can only do it 12 places in the world.

Best Part of our trip Hands down, the best part of our vacation was the snorkeling trip. Jonathan and Andrew were excellent guides and hosts. They had great knowledge of the sea life and the area. We went snorkeling with stingrays and atwo other snorkeling spots during our private half-day trip. Don't hesitate to book this if you're looking for a private snorkeling trip! Amazing experience! It was an amazing experience! It is a must do on your Cayman trip and you won’t be disappointed. The stingrays are friendly and harmless, although they freaked me out! It was thrilling to see them. The crew was absolutely friendly and hospitable and were very helpful, especially if you were nervous getting in and out of the water; they were always there to help. We actually saw starfish and harmless jellyfish. It was definitely a highlight of our trip.

Best day ever! Truly an incredible experience - Our hosts, Noah & Kyle were so much fun to spend the day with - they asked what we wanted to do and delivered the perfect experience for our family! We started at Stingray City, traveled to Rum Point for an amazing snorkeling experience and finished off the day at Starfish Point. The private charter was key in giving us the opportunity to do exactly what we were interested in, and provided such a wonderful overall experience for our family. We truly had the best day ever. Most relaxing fun Day! Another great afternoon with Cobalt Charters. Marcel & Noah did a fabulous job making sure we had the best time. This is our 2nd year using Cobalt & we wont hesitate to use them again next year.

Do not miss this great adventure As soon as we decided to visit Grand Cayman, I reserved our spot for Sting Ray City and snorkeling with Cobalt charters. We had a fantastic time with this company in March, 2020 and again yesterday.
Graeme coordinated everything for us and arranged an earlier departure to avoid the larger crowd of visitors expected midday. That worked out perfectly .
Marcel and Lars arrived on time and off we went. Both young men are quite experienced and knowledgeable about the Cayman Islands and the marine life here. The taught us a bit about the sting rays and guided us in feeding, holding and even kissing them. We spent about one hour at Sting Ray City then departed to choice snorkeling spots.
We thoroughly enjoyed our time with Cobalt Carters and will definitely seek them on our next visit. It is a small group experience not to be missed.

Outstanding experience Our hotel concierge sent us several recommendations for private charter companies. I read reviews for each and was surprised there wasn't a single negative review for Cobalt. How can one company make every single guest happy? Well, I'm here to write another positive review. We spent the day with Lars and Marcel who exceeded our expectations. They were patient with our daughters who were a bit hesitant to swim with the stingrays and initially struggled with the snorkel gear. They blew us away with their knowledge of the marine life and ecosystem. Their love and passion for what they do is evident and it truly made our time with them the best day of our vacation. Thank you for an incredible experience our family will never forget.

A perfect private experience The entire experience was perfect from booking with Graeme to picking us up and dropping us off at our hotel. The entire team is so fun and friendly, interacted great with our kids, were informative and made our experience one we will never forget. Great times has by all! We opted to take a private charter instead of one of the big group ones the cruise ship offered. The owner was very good at communicating prior to our arrival and the day of too. Marcel and Noah, the crew on the boat, were awesome! They took us to the three spots we wanted to go and each one they explained/shared details of where we were. They also shared information about the island. We were a party of eight with three adults, four teens and an 11 yo who all had a good time! I would definitely recommend this vendor.

What an exceptional charter! Booking was easy, communication was fantastic, and the charter itself was absolutely perfect. Steve (our captain) picked us up on time and took us to the dock where we met our first mate Ferrick. I couldn't have picked a better pair of people to take us on our 4 hour charter if I tried. We first stopped at Stingray City (of course), then a little snorkeling at the reef, then off to see the starfish (so very cool), and finally a trip through the mangroves. At every single stop, Ferrick was a walking encyclopedia of entertaining information that made each experience even better. Both he and Steve added so much more to the charter just by being themselves. I've booked many charters in many locations, but this one was my favorite. I highly recommend Cobalt.

An incredible time with Cobalt Custom Charters Simply amazing. That’s the only way to describe our time with Cobalt Custom Charters! Literally, every aspect of the experience was outstanding. Marcel and Noah were SUPER friendly, professional and knowledgeable. They were there to assist us at every step of the journey. During our time at Stingray City, Marcel taught us about the rays, helped us to hold a few and made us feel at ease. Our snorkeling visit was really great and we felt safe the entire time.

Finally, our time at Starfish point was relaxing, educational and the perfect way to cap off a great few hours.

If you are looking for an incredible chance to really get up close and personal with rays, a reef and starfish, Cobalt is your best bet. Marcel and Noah made this one of the highlights of our vacation.

Worth every penny! What a great experience and ride, Lars and Andrew were great, from the moment they picked-us-up at the hotel, through all the sites they took us to drop-off back in the hotel. If you are in doubt wether the bot tour is worth the money, please take my word for it, IT’S TOTALLY WORTH IT! Snorkeling at Rum Point was, to me, the best part of the day. It’s one of the most beautiful places I have ever dived in. Thank you guys. We’ll definitely be coming back.

A Perfect Grand Cayman Day These Cobalt Custom Charters guys really know how to deliver on their promises. Holding stingrays at Stingray City, the starfish at Starfish Point, reef snorkeling, relaxing and enjoying a couple cold ones while cruising in the laid back luxury and comfort of their amazing boat, the adrenalin rush as Travis leaned on the throttle. (Merisash is one fast, smooth boat.) The late afternoon cruise was timed just right to see a spectacular sunset and then, within minutes, the rise of the full moon. A perfect Grand Cayman day. Fantastic experience! Don't think twice, Cobalt is the right choice. My husband and I went to Grand Cayman for the first time, and since it was a short trip, we decided to take a private tour and do all key attractions at once.
Marcel and Johnny were incredibly knowledgeable and so much fun. They truly love what they do - seeing Marcel play with the stingrays made us so comfortable around them. Johnny took some great pictures and showed us the race of the starfish and how they can flip, so cool.
The boat was great, and Marcel and Johnny made everything look so easy and fun we didn't even mind the bad weather. We can't wait to come back and bring our children to see the stingrays and do the bio bay with these guys. Highly recommend them!

Amazing private lux experience We spent an afternoon with Cobalt. They took us to an amazing snorkeling location, after that, we took a quick break for drinks at kaibo, then to starfish point where we chilled and waited for stingray city crowds to thin out. We finished the afternoon swimming with and feeding the stingrays. They are very conscious of the wildlife and gave us tips to enjoy everything without harming the environment. The guys, at my request, took the boat nice and slow so my daughter would not get freaked out. I can not express how great the guys were, it was like being on the water with old friends. It did not cost much more than going on a big tour, and the attention to detail and friendly service was worth every penny. They answered all my emails, took all my calls, and made sure we were all set to have a great experience.
5 were in party, did not feel cramped on the boat. This was our second trip to GC and this was the best part of both trips. Cheers guys, and congrats on running a great business.

Amazing Cayman Boat Trip We had an amazing time on an afternoon boat trip (3-8 pm) with Cobalt. Kyle and Jon were two of the best boat captains we’ve had on a private charter experience. Kyle tracked down a stingray and gave our family an incredible stingray interaction. Jon gathered several starfish for us at Starfish Point and provided interesting facts on starfish life. The bioluminescence bay was one of the most unique and incredible experiences of our lives. Cobalt also took great pictures for our family as part of the price - no upcharge! Highly recommended and well worth the price! Would definitely use Cobalt again!

Stingrays, Snorkeling and Starfish Great experience, just as we wished and planned for. John and Noah were extremely personable. The areas were not busy at all, so more enjoyable. It was 3 hours just as scheduled.

AMAZING! To say that this excursion was amazing is an understatement! Kyle, our boat Captain, and Noah, his trusty crewmate, were complete professionals in every way. Not only was it clear that they know how to safely handle a boat out on the open water, as well as docking it and maneuvering it, but they were so FUN! Both of them had the best personalities and had extensive knowledge of Grand Cayman, the stingrays, the local wildlife, etc. They were simply the best! Our whole family agrees that this was the highlight of our trip! I highly recommend them!!! Thank you Noah and Kyle ( and Kyle: I’m sorry I called you Noah when we said goodbye, my family informed me I mixed up yours and Noah’s names for most of the trip. Sigh. Haha!) :)

BEST Crew!! Graeme and Travis really know how to make you feel special and at home. These guys know some of the best spots around the island for snorkelling and seeing lots of aquatic life! The boat itself is super fast and really comfortable - so many seats! Make sure you check out Stingray City or Rum Point! ALSO, they got the tunes!!!!!!

Stingrays, Starfish and snorkeling it was just amazing! My family went out with Travis and Graeme on 8/6/18 in the afternoon. We visited Stingray city were they did an amazing job telling us about the stingrays and helping us interact. The group included my wife and 11 year old son and we enjoyed not being in a large group. We each kissed a stingray for 7 years of good luck. Travis does an amazing job helping you feel comfortable in the water with the rays and showing you how to feed them and hold them like floating carpets in the water. We snorkeled the reef and visited Starfish Pointe. Both Travis and Graeme are easy to talk to and gave us lots of memories that will last a lifetime. Thanks guys for being the highlight of this Texas family trip to Cayman. We talk about it all the time.

A great day on the boat My wife and I chartered a boat for a private tour and had the most incredible experience. Kyle and Noah were our boat captains and they made the experience most enjoyable. They were very knowledgable and provided a great experience with the Sting Rays, the Starfish and some snorkeling to go along with as well. When we return to the Caymans we will be chartering again with these guys. Outstanding!

Snorkeling/Stingray City/Starfish Point Catamaran Trip Look no further, Cobalt Custom Charters is a great company to book your Cayman adventures with. We had a group of family members ranging from 6-71 years of age and everything in between and we all had a blast! Graeme and Travis were great tour guides and always made sure we were happy and having a blast. They were even able to pivot and set us up for some snorkeling to fill time when we realized that Stingray City was a bit more crowded than we were hoping for. Their catamaran is in great shape and very well appointed. The guys are super friendly and knowledgeable. You will not be disappointed!

Some of Caymans best! These were some of the best 4 hours spent during our stay in the Caymans. Graeme, Travis, and Marcel were wonderful hosts and great with our (6) little ones.
